How Man Utd could line-up after £200m Jadon Sancho and Erling Haaland transfer swoop

Manchester United have struggled for goals so far this season - but they look set to have no shortage of firepower if they get their way in the transfer window.

The Red Devils are weighing up a stunning £200million swoop of wonderkids Jadon Sancho and Erling-Braut Haaland to bolster Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's options.

The 19-year-old duo are amongst Europe's hottest prospects with the prolific Haaland starring for Red Bull Salzburg and Sancho potentially available after a tough start to the season with Borussia Dortmund.

Both players top United's list of priority targets as they look to splash the cash in January after a tough start to the season.

Here's how United could line-up if they get deals for Sancho and Haaland over the line to solve their goalscoring problems.

David de Gea - United's first choice goalkeeper and set to stay for the long haul after recently penning a big-money new deal.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka - Youngster has impressed since his £50m summer move from Crystal Palace . Still a work in progress in attack but proved rock solid defensively.

Harry Maguire - Emerged as a leader of United's revamped back line after world-record move from Leicester .

Axel Tuanzebe - Impressed after returning from Aston Villa loan spell and could stake a claim to lock down spot alongside Harry Maguire at heart of defence.

Brandon Williams - Teenage academy product has taken his chance amid Luke Shaw's injury problems and could be the long-term answer at left-back.

Scott McTominay - Emerged as a fans' favourite and thrived under Solskjaer. Energetic Scot looks set to stay in starting line-up.

Paul Pogba - Linked with a January exit but a sure-fire starter if he stays put and gets back to fitness after recent injury troubles.

Jadon Sancho - Exciting attacking talent would add cutting edge with his creativity, which has seen him register three assists and six goals in just nine Bundesliga games this season.

Anthony Martial - Return of Martial has boosted United, and he could be deployed on the left with Daniel James the unfortunate party and left to operate as an impact sub if Sancho arrives to slot onto the right flank.

Marcus Rashford - Had ups and downs leading the United line, but still remains a key player and adapting to the role.

Erling Braut Haaland - Norwegian youngster could play alongside Rashford, with the 6ft4 inch striker capable of holding the ball up to bring the best out of the attacking talent around him a well as getting into goalscoring positions.
