CHELSEA EXPRESS CONCRETE INTEREST IN SIGNING BARCA FLOP COUTINHO (CADENA SER)

Barça have assigned an intermediary who will try to find a club for Philippe Coutinho in the Premier League and Chelsea give a positive response, according to Cadena SER.

According to Cadena SER, Barca tasked intermediaries with finding a new club for Coutinho in the Premier League and only Chelsea responded positively, with Roman Abramovich believing he is the ideal man to lead the club’s next cycle in Hazard’s absence.



Chelsea's transfer ban does not worry them much in London because they know the steps to follow. They will file an appeal to the TAS, something that has helped both Barcelona and Real Madrid in the past.
