Manchester United easily secured their place in the Europa League knockouts thanks to Anthony Martial, Mason Greenwood and Marcus Rashford.

Knowing a win would be enough to see them through - courtesy of a better head-to-head record against Partizan in Group L - United wasted little time in asserting their authority, with Mason Greenwood capping a dominant start in the 21st minute.
Martial added a magnificent second soon after, with Rashford, who had been wasteful in the first half, making it 3-0 shortly after the restart as United cruised into the round of 32 with two matches to spare.

Greenwood just holds his position on the shoulder of the Partizan fullback, latches onto a bit of a fortuitous pass from Rashford, cuts inside and sends Stojkovic the wrong way to finish at his near post.

Greenwood blocks a clearance which lands in Martial's path, but he has to beat two defenders to get a clear shot at goal! And he does in some style, cutting inside away from his marker and then again to avoid another challenge. He eventually tucks it under Stojkovic.

A cross-field pass from Mata to Young on the left and the left-back just cushions it into Rashford. He goes for the near post and thunders it first time past Stojkovic

This free-kick is certainly in Rashford's territory, but it's Fred that takes and he forces a decent save from Stojkovic!
75' McTominay is replaced by Lingard
Play's halted as McTominay goes down with an injury and needs treatment. He seems to have picked it up while stretching for a ball, but earlier on he was also nursing a foot that took a knock.
