Sky Sports is now reporting Manchester United are considering a January move for Juventus midfielder Emre Can.
Emre Can’s future seems shrouded in doubt after Juve left him out of their Champions League squad.
After Tuttosport wrote on Tuesday that the German could potentially follow Max Allegri and Mario Mandzukic to Old Trafford, Sky Sports is now running the line too.
The 25-year-old spent four years with United’s Premier League rivals Liverpool, prior to joining the Bianconeri in the summer of 2018.
He made 37 appearances under Max Allegri last season, winning a Scudetto with the Old Lady.
However, he has fallen behind new signings Adrien Rabiot and Aaron Ramsey in pecking order.
