Man United's caretaker expressed his focus on leading the Red Devils to a fourth place and qualification for the Champions League.
But Solskjaer, who almost moved to White Hart Lane as a player, would prefer see Spurs pip Man City and Liverpool to the crown.
United's chief said: "I've not really focused on the teams and what they're doing.
"I'm focusing on us and what we have to do to get to where we want to be. It's a three-horse race for the title and fourth - that's my focus."
Asked whether he'd like Mauricio Pochettino side to end victorious, Solskjaer said: "I don't get myself involved in that, but maybe."
Solskjaer's side can dent Liverpool's title challenge as Jurgen Klopp's side head to Old Trafford on Sunday.
The Norwegian coach said: "I played a few of these myself and know the magnitude of it for the fans, everyone who works here.
"There have been many comments that this is the big one, and it's our job to be focusing and channelling all that energy into performance mode when we start the game on Sunday."
Solskjaer said he expects Anthony Martial will be and "hopes" Jesse Lingard will be after recent injuries.
